We have been going to this very for 7 years since Reuben went there for puppy school. We have since moved out of this area but we still go back to this vet due to the accurate advice we have been given over the years. I’ve had friends change vets that seemed to specialise in up selling treatments that aren’t required (look for the green plus logo if you want to know which chain of vet clinics are renown for upselling and catering to their shareholders instead of their customers) but at Hobson’s bay we have never experienced this. In fact they often do follow up checks for free just to make sure their treatments are working.

Absolutely wonderful place with great staff. Were more than happy to fill us in on what the cats were up to when we called and clearly cared about their well-being. Cats were quite reluctant to leave at the end of our vacation.

Dr Lewis was phenomenal with my highly anxious dog (Pilot) . His Knowledge was amazing and his demeanour around Pilot was fantastic, helping him to calm down while we were there. He also followed up with me in the following weeks to make sure Pilot’s medications were working and check on his progress. I’ve never felt so taken care of by a vet clinic.

We have been going to this Vet for the last 20 years for both cats and dogs. They have always been professional and compassionate. I have never had a bad experience with them and they are so gentle with my pets. My current dog actually pulls to go in to the vet which says a lot!

Absolutely love this vet, always so kind and knowledgeable and they genuinely love animals. I’ve had to pick up food before with my baby in the car and the staff have kindly run out to the car with my goods to drop off and take payment. They’re very reasonably priced and always take a holistic approach to your pet care. Definitely recommend!!

I’m new to the area and contacted this vet clinic based on a recommendation and I wasn’t disappointed. I have a dog with several health issues so finding a vet that understands this breed and can provide sound advice for this breed is crucial and rare, so very happy with their service, expertise and care for my pet.

They were very busy as well, so I’m obviously not the only one who thinks they’re great!
