Dr Elena is excellent. Our kitty with a disability has had one visit here for a sore eye (and was able to get an appointment on the same day I called) & we will definitely be coming here for both our cats as our new regular vet.

She was incredibly thorough, attentive, and described all her thoughts and plans for treatments in a way that we easily remembered & understood. Elena was very cuddly & loving with Katsu, which put her right at ease. Lots of follow up/communication after the appointment re blood test results too. 100% would recommend, especially if you have a special needs pet :)

Dr Lewis was phenomenal with my highly anxious dog (Pilot) . His Knowledge was amazing and his demeanour around Pilot was fantastic, helping him to calm down while we were there. He also followed up with me in the following weeks to make sure Pilot’s medications were working and check on his progress. I’ve never felt so taken care of by a vet clinic.

I brought in one of our cats at the very last minute, because he had a wound from playing top much with our other cat. When we went, there was no vet on that day, but the nurse suggested for us to come in for a nurse assessment. And it was done with care and straightforward. The nurse was also so lovely and helpful. And they gave me free of charge for the assessment!!

I rang up this vet distressed looking for a vet because my dog couldn’t open her eye. My usual vet was closed.
The receptionist said they have space for a booking but she would have to ask the vet if my dog could be seen due to the fact I had not been before and they were only open for half the day as it was the Xmas period. The vet got on the phone to me and rudely told me I’d have to find an emergency vet (pay double) because they were only “seeing their own clients today”, this is after I told her I was really worried and distressed for my puppy. No sympathy of care given in the world. Little did she know I was looking for a new long term vet. Unbelievable.

Caring and thorough, and they never try to upsell us things we don’t need (which is one thing that will always destroy my trust in a vet). They are under tonnes of pressure at the moment but never cut corners. Highly recommended.

Russell is simply the best vet I have ever come across.
