The staff are great and so understanding of your pets needs and will make accomodations for reactive dogs if you call ahead.

Mel did a wonderful job of our two Shih Tzus. They were so calm and obviously comfortable with her. She was gentle and kind and I got such a good feeling about her whole method of working with the dogs. I will definitely be using her again and thoroughly recommend The Dog Boutique to all. Jenny is an absolute god send looking after my puppies! One of my dogs hates people and the other is scared of people but they love getting groomed by Jenny! Bella and Boo come home so happy and well loved and well looked after. Would recommend 100%

My heartfelt thanks to Catherine for her kindness and professionalism today. She somehow managed to placate my elderly blue cattle dog as he experienced the necessary loss of most of his coat for the first time. He and I are both grateful! Rosie pets have been grooming my cavoodle for a year now & always do a fabulous job! She has very sensitive ears, and the groomers are always very gentle & considerate. Highly recommended!

We have been to plenty of dog groomers before Graceville Paws, and none have been anywhere near as good.

Totally recommend – Molly (our 4 yo labradoodle) gets super excited every time she visits. Great people and great service!

Have been taking my cat there for around 6 years on a regular basis .
She has long thick fur l would not go anywhere else. They do a wonderful job but with l get her groomed every 4 to 5 weeks.

If we could give 10 stars we would! Our beautiful kitten went in for his first pamper session today and he was so calm and relaxed at the day spa as well as at home afterwards. Generally he is quite timid around new people but he seemed perfectly comfortable. It brings us peace knowing he was not sedated and received such great care and attention during his appointment. Now he is home looking so clean and tidy (and smelling amazing) as well as having the softest fur ever! We cannot wait to return for our future bi-monthly appointments!

I highly recommend Aristocats, Sarah is fantastic with our 2 Ragdoll cats Neo and Stark. We moved from Western Suburbs into the CBD and we still make the trip back to Aristocats. Both the cats love Sarah and she does an exceptional job grooming them. They look amazing everytime we pick them up. I wouldn’t take them anywhere else.

Hannah did a beautiful job. Our poodle-cross is not only looking great, but she’s sporting a style that will be easy for us to maintain. Hannah clearly listened carefully when I described problems we have (like the dreadlocks on her ears) and groomed accordingly!

Most importantly, our dog usually seems stressed and frantic after a groom, but she was comparatively relaxed when leaving Hannah’s. So we’re both happy customers :)

I’ve been taking my puppy here to daycare since last year. She goes to Paddington Pups on days she will be home alone too long. Taking her here gives me the peace of mind that she is safe and is having the time of her life with all the new friends she is making. She always comes home so happy and tired and is often tired the day after! So worth the money!
The staff are really kind, caring and accommodating. You can really tell they care about each and every doggy that comes through the door. Couldn’t recommend Paddington Pups enough :)

Waffles has been going to Paddington pups for day care for over 6 months now and loves it! She gets so excited when we drive into the street. The staff are so caring and are so great with her. She had her first grooming there today and it was the best cut she has had yet. Highly recommend taking your doggo there for a play date and for grooming .
