Been taking my Pomeranian here monthly for the past 6 months. They have always done a great job. She has a few small issues, but they have managed to work with her. She loves going here and always comes home happy, fluffy and smelling divine. Will be sad to see these guys go.

Our little pooch “Summer” has been to Peticulous a few times now and we have been very happy with the service. Dianne & the team treat her with care and our dog is excited to see them which speaks volumes in my view. Happy to work with you and accomodating on requests. Can not fault. Like many others our dogs are family so you want the best care and to date we have not been disappointed. Thanks !

Mel did a wonderful job of our two Shih Tzus. They were so calm and obviously comfortable with her. She was gentle and kind and I got such a good feeling about her whole method of working with the dogs. I will definitely be using her again and thoroughly recommend The Dog Boutique to all. Have been going to The Grooming Salon for about 3 years now, my dogs love it there, and the staff is USUALLY lovely. They have an early drop off daycare facility at 7:30 am so that you can do a drop off before work; today, they were 20 MINUTES LATE with no apology, no pleasantries – not even a smile and a bad attitude!! So late to open with no way of contacting them that 2 people left before they even opened.
To make things even worse, went to pick up my dogs, and the same soulless woman was there; she scowled at us, and again, no pleasantries at all – she even looked at us like we were disturbing her. So, after waiting 6 weeks for that appointment, I will NOT be going back to The Grooming Salon. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I’m very disappointed as we always make the journey as our dogs love it there, but I’ll take my $200 for two grooms elsewhere.

Took my pomerainian Tinkerbell in for a style cut and they did such an amazing job. I like how my dog feels happy here as I have had issues elsewhere in the past. 100% would go back.

I contacted The Grooming Salon at Stones Corner 3 times and they never bothered to return my call, I consider this as bad customer service and you’ll never have the chance to groom my beloved pet. You so called service sucks!!!!!!

Jenny is an absolute god send looking after my puppies! One of my dogs hates people and the other is scared of people but they love getting groomed by Jenny! Bella and Boo come home so happy and well loved and well looked after. Would recommend 100%

My heartfelt thanks to Catherine for her kindness and professionalism today. She somehow managed to placate my elderly blue cattle dog as he experienced the necessary loss of most of his coat for the first time. He and I are both grateful! Rosie pets have been grooming my cavoodle for a year now & always do a fabulous job! She has very sensitive ears, and the groomers are always very gentle & considerate. Highly recommended!

We are so lucky to have found amazing groomers for our little Cairn Terrier, especially ones that offer hand stripping in Brisbane because not all groomers offer it. My dog always looks so handsome after every groom. Even though it’s a bit of a drive for me, it is absolutely worth it because they are so friendly and happy with my requests. My dog is always happy in their hands. We always get comments on how handsome he is and always get asked for recommendations on hand stripping, and we always recommend Four Paw!

My little corgi HATES having her nails clipped . Four Paws looked after her so well. In hindsight I think I may have been even more nervous than my dog after dropping her off but the staff were kind enough to call me after just a few minutes to let me know her nails were done and that she was fine. I appreciated that so much! She also got a bath and blow dry and she smells and looks gorgeous! Will definitely be back – highly highly recommend!

Four Paw have increased their prices by 50 per cent since last booking saying it was due to higher rent at new location. From $80 to $120 for a small dog – for the same service! I sent an email to discuss pricing structure and I was told there was “nothing to discuss” and wished good luck finding a new groomer! Very poor customer service.
(Further to the response below, I was told it would “probably take an hour or maybe an hour and a half” for the grooming job. That’s the price difference between $80 and $120 for an owner. I was charged $120. That’s a big difference for a customer. That was the issue that I wanted to discuss. But you just brushed it off and effectively told me to find another dog groomer. That doesn’t seem like a way to keep customers)

My pup Enzo loves it here! He likes it so much he’ll take us here on our walks.

He’s energy levels are insane but comes home so tired he looks like he’s walking drunk!

Highly recommended will definitely be repeat customers for a long time!

Julia has been clipping our dog Bronte for a while now. She is very good at what she does and has the rare ability to keep Bronte calm while having her treatments. Bronte always looks fantastic when we pick her up. I can not recommend Julia enough. She is awesome!!

Julia did a lovely job on my two doggies, she was kind and gentle, and they both were happy and content when I got back 😊💜
She also has a great range of doggy jumpers and t-shirts to keep them warm 🐕
We had a much better experience then any mobile dog bath we’ve had before! They don’t seem to be as gentle and used chocker collars.
I will go back again if she will have us 😁

We have been to plenty of dog groomers before Graceville Paws, and none have been anywhere near as good.

Totally recommend – Molly (our 4 yo labradoodle) gets super excited every time she visits. Great people and great service!

Chloe and Dan were a dream come true for my two dogs! I have experienced nothing but drama with my anxious golden retriever with previous groomers. My dog was so relaxed entering into Chloe’s salon and allowed them to use the dryer on her!! First time ever!!
