We have a little puppy who began to get quite unwell. I had to call up a few times to get him into a few appointments and every time I call the reception staff are so kind, helpful & they all knew our little man and remembered his case from previous appointments.
We saw two different vets on two separate occasions (Carl & Daniel) and both of them gave us extremely detailed information, took the time in the appointment to go through everything & answer all of our questions. Unfortunately our little man had to have 24/7 care and even then after being moved to a 24/7 vet we got a follow up call from Brandon Park vet the next day to see how we were coping and to let us know they had been keeping in contact with the 24/7 vet.
Very impressed and overwhelmed with the compassion from everyone here.

I walked into Brandon Park Hospital at a emotionally very vulnerable time, praying and hoping that the deceased pet that was brought into the hospital by a stranger was not our beloved cat, Henry.
Our worst fears came true when we saw his body curled up in a blanket. We pray that his soul finds a better place, he will always be in our memories.
A special ‘ Thank you’ to all the staff at the Hospital and specially Nurse ‘ Mel’ who took care of him and was very patient with us during our time of sorrow. Thank you for the amazing and warm service, and for taking care of our Henry until we saw him for one final time. I would recommend this place to any one without any hesitation!

This place was excellent. We came here to look for a local vet and were very happy with everything. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable.
The “cat hotel” was also the best in the area and the staff really look after the pets they look after.
The vet services here are also top notch.

The team at High Street Road are friendly and caring. I am always impressed with the way they care for our two cats. Our cats love going to stay in the cat hotel and sometimes don’t want to leave because the nurses take such amazing care of them. We can not recommend this business highly enough!

The team at Happy Tails are fabulous. They are truly caring and have the best interest of you pet in the forefront of their mind. Jason and the team took the time to help understand the issue that my puppy was having and we’re able to help immediately and also provided realistic guidance and what to do and what to look out for with my puppy after her treatment. Our fellow had a near-on 1kg benign mass excised from his liver. The operation was performed successfully and he is happily at home and almost fully recovered now.
Our thanks to you all – we have used your services for 3 of our animals over two decades and we have always been very happy with the competence and advice you have given us.
My wife – who is also a vet – is especially pleased with the care shown pre and post operation.

this company puts money first, over helping your pets first ( i understand that is what pays the bills ) but they just steal your money and give you the same answers you already know , not to mention wasting my time..
They also may try sell you 5-10 different types of medications / creams until one works as a test on your pet
very unprofessional.

Great vet facilities. Took my dog in on multiple occasions and the staff are great. They were very understanding and you can tell they genuinely have a passion to improve your pets health. Prices are very reasonable given the professionalism and quality care given. This is one of those services that are impressive.

I had to wait a while for my appointment but any disappointment from that was gone away after my cat’s appointment. The Vet was very kind and informative, and took her time with my cat. Then the workers in the retail shop were very helpful, especially Alice who helped engrave a name tag for my cat. The pricing was very reasonable too. Thank you!!

Each time I come here, the veterinarians are all so lovely and kind and really understanding to help your animal as much as they can. The nurses are also nice and deserve recognition too. My dog came in for surgery a while ago from dog attack and they did such a great job at the surgery, the surgeon, I think her name Jess, spoke to me on the phone informing me and keeping me updated on how my dog was doing, she did a great job explaining and also stitched up the wound super well! The wound recovered very quickly, and was stitched much better than the emergency vet service clinic that would have cost more than double the amount. They didn’t charge me for removing the stitches which was very nice and understanding of them. I also go here for yearly annual vaccinations, although the wait times are long as they are a popular vet clinic offering many different services, this is not a problem with me, and as mentioned above, the veterinarians are very understanding and kind, and do the vaccinations quickly. Their consultations and medical prices are cheaper than other private veterinary clinics out there. I would recommend RSPCA for their vet services to friends and other people. Be warned it may take a while for them to answer your call if you ring them though. They also have a shop where you can buy clothes, accessories, toys, food and treats for your animal right in the vet clinic too.
