Donna Blackwood 5/5 a year ago Andrew Redmond has been our vet for 23 years. Two dogs, 4 cats and a rabbit have been cared for by the team. Andrew is wonderful and caring and professional. The nurse (a guy) is very caring and passionate about animals also. When I called late last year to let them know my beautiful Chow Chow has passed away, I received a signed card from the team offering me condolences. They go the extra mile. |

I cannot recommend them enough!!They have always and are always amazing with our dogs and it’s very obvious that they care for the animal like it’s their own. My dog Benji was sick this morning and even though they were fully booked , they took him in and took the best care of him all day . The staff is so incredibly professional and caring !! |

Dr Juliet and her lovely team quickly fixed the issue, properly checked our pup and gave advice. And ridiculously didn’t charge, despite my protestations! Such a great customer experience!
