Staff were not polite when I dropped my dog off. They shaved my fluffy groodle to his skin because they were behind and didn’t have time to groom him as requested. He was not matted or knotty so there was no reason for them to shave him. They were running late so he did not get groomed until 3 hours after his booked time so they had him waiting there for 3 hours, but didn’t not inform me of this when I dropped him off or apologise. Worst groom I have ever experienced. Do not recommend.

Cannot recommend this groomer enough. Tentative and caring. I have a schnauzer and am pedantic about the cut. While there are several variations in styling, the groomer will always consult upon arrival to what style you wish and make recommendations based on this. They use social media extremely well, giving owners a little behind the scene viewing on what goes on during grooming. Great girls and great service. 10/10

We had tried a different groomer in the past but once we tried The Pet Project there was no going back. The Pet Project do an amazing job, it’s totally worth the price. They make notes on your preferences so they know how to do the cut next time. When you collect your pup they ask if it’s all good and a couple of times I asked them to make some small changes to my pup’s face and they were happy to do it. Good service! My pup loves going to these groomers!

A lovely pet shop with lots of great clothes toys and accessories for your pet along with pet food and yummy treats.
They also do fantastic grooming, my dog doesn’t need grooming but I’ve seen some wonderful models walking out with very happy owners.

Very good place to get your dog groomed. They also have a do your own dog wash which is great if you want to do it yourself. Its cheaper than the ones from petbarn.

Exceptional service. They took very good care of my 4 years old samoyed and did a perfect job. Echo looks stunning. I would highly recommend. Double coated dog breeds might be a challenge for some groomers but not for My Fluffy Dog. I will definitely come back. 👌😍

The best groomers in town. I’ve taken my little toy cavoodle to few groomers now and nobody has been as thorough or as attentive as this team. I let them decide on the length of my puppy’s cute and she looks soooo cute. Highly recommend.

My senior sheltie has been going to Mel and the ladies for a while now and they take great care of him every time. Prices are reasonable and the staff are courteous and friendly. My dog always comes back smelling fresh, floofy and looking great.

I took my two rough collies to Murphy’s Paw for a bath and full groom out. They hate being groomed at the best of times and had problem areas but the groomers did an amazing job with them. It was a big job but reasonably prices, their coats look immaculate, and the groomers did exactly as I asked. We will definitely be back.

Yuki & James had the best experience ever! The team was attentive, provided excellent care, shared a video of how relaxed the dogs were and they came out DIVINE. Would highly recommended for big and small dogs, worth every penny and definitely be back! THANK YOU for looking after our babies!

Highly recommend! I take my two Staffies to get their nails cut about every two weeks. The ladies here are so gorges! One of my pups HATES her paws being touched and these ladies are the only ones who can touch her paws. The service is so friendly and they’re so accommodating.

They said that they would cut my dog’s hair short but didn’t tell me they were going to fully shave down my dog. Done so much damage. Extremely disappointed and unhappy. Poor customer service. They are careless and unprofessional. Please don’t bring your dog there.

What an amazing job Shaggy Doo did on my two girls who desperately needed their shaggyness attended to. The girls left with new leases on life and at their senior age of almost 15 years that is really saying something.

HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

As a very protective dog-parent, I also look after my bosses dog like my own – I did a lot of research about a new mobile groomer – Tracey comes very highly recommended. She is super lovely and caring.

She groomed my Lulu to perfection, took her early because I was racing around and looked after her until I was able to pick her up.

She uses a warm bath (not cold which is terrible!) and the product used was amazing.

We have a very very happy dog right now and I will be taking her back to Tracey every month now.

Good opening hours, this was the only DIY dog wash near me at 7 in the morning. However it was a bit pricy ($10 per 10 minutes) and the floor was absolutely covered in dust and dog fur! I couldn’t let my newly washed dog back on the ground because it’ll just need to go back for a wash. The owners should regularly have this area vacuumed and cleaned if they want more business.

We took our Japanese Spitz puppy to get groomed today and we were so happy with how she looks (and smells)!! The ladies were so friendly and lovely. I took my toy cavoodle here for his first hair cut. Staff were friendly, answered all my questions, helped teach me to brush properly and did a terrific job at a very good price. higly reccomend!
