Have been to Dogue Bulimba previously and could not recommend highly enough, especially for a breed specific haircut, which I have always been happy to pay that bit extra for. This time they failed to meet expectation. Advised clearly to leave ears long and just tidy up as needed (was noted on her file on top of all her previous notes from grooms prior). Returned to collect her and her ears were hacked off. I use the word “hacked” as that is the best description for it. Not only ridiculously short but all uneven and on closer inspection still had knots in them so makes me believe not even brushed. The only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is that Matt could not have been more apologetic, offering a $20 discount. Unfortunately, apologies nor a discount will fix this terrible groom. We won’t be back.

I’ve been taking my dog Nate to the Pet pad since moving to the area. The staff are very nice and always do a great job. Would highly recommend this place!

Have been visiting monthly for 12 months now. Great service and they can provide a consistent cut each time. No “whose dog is this” moments when picking up ;-)

My pup Enzo loves it here! He likes it so much he’ll take us here on our walks.

He’s energy levels are insane but comes home so tired he looks like he’s walking drunk!

Highly recommended will definitely be repeat customers for a long time!

Really upsetting experience. My pup went for his second groom ever (first time with this company) and ended up needing to go to the vet because of what happened with his ears. He has been a completely different pup since coming home, scared and head shy, running away from us when he is normally the happiest soul and yelping in pain. The lady initially said nothing happened to his ears and then text saying they attempted to clean, a lot more ‘grooming’ happened than was told when we consulted a vet. Very disappointing, I should have listened to previous reviews and stayed away- instead I thought there were multiple positive so it would be okay, but that was very wrong. We won’t be returning and I hope no one else’s pup has to go through this.

Highly recommend this place! The staff were very patient and friendly to us and our recent rescue dog who is very anxious about being touched. They made the deshedding a good experience for our dog. We will definitely come back!

Utterly disappointed- took my boy for a trim and tidy. Paid $70 for them to trim half his belly and around his ears and feet. I asked for nail trim and my vet did them again a week later. He came home looking like he had more hair than less. I won’t be back. This is also not to mention the rudeness from one of the ladies after my boy peed.I’m sorry but he is a dog you work in a pet grooming service. It happens. The young attendant apologised for the rude comment so it wasn’t just myself that noticed the treatment.

This is the first time that I have used the services of Kath at Ruff Ruff Dog Grooming – I cannot speak highly enough of how lovely Kath was with my dog – not to meant the best groom Niles has received in a very very long time. Kath took the time to make not just Niles but also myself comfortable. I just wished I lived here so that Kath could continue to groom Niles for me – after seeing Niles’ groom my daughter will now be taking her dog to Kath too.

I took my two border collies here, one of them is a rescue with really long hair, he was so afraid of being groomed and had become really matted, I tried other groomers but he was too scared and couldn’t cope.

The groomer at 154 was gentle and patient with him and got rid of all the mats and tangles, she even clipped his overgrown paw hair!!, his looks like a different dog and it was a stress free groom, my boy was so comfortable with her.

Both my dogs look amazing and gorgeous and both were super happy coming out of the groom. Cant recommend this place enough, professional, patient and kind and my dogs look like they could go on a tv commercial, so happy.

Our dog is medium size , plus anal glands and nails all together was only 35$ .
Great service. Easy to make a booking online.

Great dog groomers, who I’ve been using for over a year. My fur baby gets a consistent cut, every time and always looks so beautiful. I love it that you can book on-line plus get the text/email reminders. 🐶

I have been going here for approx 1 year and really wanted to support this local business. The lady who runs it is lovely. Unfortunately this morning was the second time I showed up for my dog’s confirmed appointment and no one was there. The inconvenience means that I will have to find another groomer. The added annoyance is it takes time to get into some else, but the lack of reliability makes it too difficult to support this business.

My poor west highland terrier has no hair left on his back and he has shaved clipper marks across his back. He is red raw in several places. Terrible! The owner tried to tell me that his hair had fallen out and it wasn’t their doing. He has a thick, double coat and is not loosing his hair! $95 for the worst ever pooch parlour experience. Will not be returning.

There were lots of new scarey noises to me.
We couldn’t decide which pic to post so you are having all of them 🥰
I smell delish, my coat is a shiny Blue/Black.
Tahi is sleeping like a baby..🖤💛👌
We can highly recommend lovely friendly Sal for her professional services.

Puptopia is truly a wonderful place to take your pups! I have a miniature Daschund and she was so well looked after. I was recommended to take Missy hear after hearing it was great for smaller dogs. Missy had a fantastic time meeting a load of new friends. We will definitely be back!

Just took our puppy to Puptopia & are super impressed. Communication was great, done nice and quick and we are so happy with his cut. They did exactly what we asked. Our puppy also seemed to be in a good mood when we picked him up, which is really comforting as well. Will definitely return.
